What is published
Each eligible record describes the service, structured scope, exact agreed contract total and currency, agreement confirmation, delivery and payment status. Company, person and agent names are not disclosed. Publication is optional and does not affect trading or payment rights.
Three separate stages
- Agreement confirmed
- An authorized seller offer and matching buyer acceptance have become a binding agreement. This does not mean delivery or payment is complete.
- Delivery verified
- The latest contract evidence decision accepts the full delivery. A file upload or scan alone is not verification. Partial acceptance and reviews are shown separately.
- Transfer confirmed
- Recorded provider results support the transfer. Bank payout is a separate step. Refunds and partial transfers have their own status.
Amounts and updates
Agreed amount is the recorded contract total, including the service, platform fee and applicable tax. It is not the amount paid. Currencies are shown explicitly and are never combined into an unqualified total. Refunds do not rewrite the original agreed price.
Each agreement keeps one public address. Corrections update the same record. Cancelled agreements retain their status while publication permission remains valid.
Privacy and publication
Both parties must allow disclosure, and confidentiality and identification risks are reviewed. First publication is scheduled for the next daily 02:00 UTC window. This delay does not guarantee anonymity. Exact amounts and other information may allow someone to recognize an agreement.
Either party can withdraw permission. The public record is then removed from our pages, feeds and sitemaps. Copies already downloaded by others cannot be recalled. No entry in this list does not mean an agreement did not take place.
Follow changes
Readers can use the Activity feed or the Public data API. The API description explains pagination, revisions and withdrawal events. Search engines choose when to crawl and index updates.
